Day 01 : Delhi - Jaipur (270 Km 5 hours Drive)

You will be picked up the tour driver from your hotel or the airport or railway station. Then you will be taken to the Pink City in a pre-booked A/C taxi. The distance between the capital and Jaipur city is approximately 250 km. With normal traffic and regular weather conditions, you will reach in around 4 hours. Once you reach Jaipur you will check into a well-known heritage property. The Govt Approved tour guide, will then take you sightseeing in the city.
City Palace - The first tourist spot which you will visit is the City Palace. This was the residence of the royal family; in fact, part of the palace is still their home. There is a museum inside the place which contains several belongings of the royal family. Some of the halls inside the palace such as Diwani-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Sheesh Mahal are most frequented by tourists as they depict the luxurious lifestyle of the royals.
Jantar Mantar - This is a royal observatory built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh 2 in 1734. It has the largest stone sundial in the entire world. There are instruments present inside the observatory which were used to gauge planetary movements and make calculations accordingly.
Hawa Mahal - This is a crown-shaped pink-hued building which is a must-see tourist spot in Jaipur. It was built so that women of the royal family could see what was happening outside without being seen. It has more than 950 buildings. The palace is so airy that even during summer months, it stays cool. After seeing all these tourist places you will proceed for dinner at any of the well known eating joints in Jaipur.
Chokhi Dhani(Own expenses) - This is a village-style resort which is located on the outskirts of Jaipur. Delectable Rajasthani dishes are served here. They also have traditional folk and dance performances to entertain the guests. Overnight stay is in your chosen hotel in Jaipur.
Jaipur - Delhi ( Departure)
Today early in the morning you will leave for a sightseeing tour of Amer Fort. It is one of the strongest forts in the state. It is located on top of Aravali Hills and offers a bird's eye view of the entire area. A lot of people opt for an elephant ride here. There are many halls, museums, temples, etc inside the fort. The fort demonstrates showcases Rajput military architecture. It is huge so you require at least 2 hours to see it completely.
Visit Jal Mahal - This is located close to Amer Fort. This beautiful palace is located right in the middle of Man Sagar Lake, therefore the name Jal Mahal. It is an extremely peaceful and beautiful spot. You can hire a boat in order to reach the palace and enjoy its stupendous beauty.
Nahargarh Fort - This fort is also located on a hilltop. It is regarded as a symbol of the power of the Rajput Empire. You can enjoy a lovely view of the city from Nahargarh Fort.
Shopping in Jaipur - Jaipur presents lovely shopping for gemstones, tie and dye fabric, clothes, etc. There are several markets where you can buy handcrafted items and jewelry.
Leave back for Delhi
In the evening you will leave back for Delhi in a pre-booked taxi. This marks the end of your Overnight Jaipur Tour.
